HeatTicket — Privacy notice

HeatTicket is an account-isolated operational ledger. The application database stores account emails and password hashes, session tokens, fuel-ticket records (customer names, delivery addresses, dates, quoted and delivered quantities, prices, reconciliation notes), audit entries, and private support notes.

What we do not do

• No analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party data sale.
• Support notes are stored privately; no monitored support inbox is connected.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.

Open items

Formal data-retention schedule, deletion-request workflow, incident-response plan, and subprocessor list are not yet documented. Do not enter payment-card numbers, government IDs, or other highly sensitive identifiers.
